Foremost aim goal Everest Base Camp 3 pass Trek via island peak climb, Phakding to Renjo La to Gokyo Ri, Chola pass to Everest Base Camp to Kalapathar by kongmala pass including climbing island peak and Khumbu Valley trail during this trek, this route is a pioneer and ability using by the trekkers & climbers. It is not difficult to strolling, hiking up to kalapathar the last extend to Mt. Everest base camp .you need a good fitness for this track and normal peak high camp and step descending. Trekking Experience will be an asset but not absolutely vital 3 passes renjola pass, chola pass, kongmala pass including in this alpinist adventure trek and high passes trek.

Day 1 : Arrival Kathmandu
Our Airport Representative will meet you at the Tribhuwan International Airport. A drop to the Hotel by private tourist vehicle is arranged. You can either take a rest or meet us at our office and know the detail arrangement of the Trek. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 : Free Day in Kathmandu and Preparation for trek &climbing
After breakfast, you will be introduced with the trek leader/guide at the hotel. This pre-trip meeting is for briefings on the trek and other necessary details. Please bring along your passport and three passport sized photos and a copy of your travel insurance policy. You can use your free time to rest or explore around for some last minute shopping.

Day 3 : Fly to Lukla & trek to Phakding , 3-4 hrs walk
Early morning flight to Lukla, a 40 minute scenic flight. We will provide you breakfast in Lukla. While you are eating breakfast our guide will divide the baggage to be carried by the porters. From Lukla we will pass through Sherpa villages before reach Phakding. This is the first day of your trek; we will hike only 3 to 4 hours. After you arrive in Phakding you could explore Phakding village. Overnight at Phakding.

Day 4 : Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m), 6-7 hrs walk
After breakfast in Phakding, we will continue our Three Pass trek crossing five suspension bridges over the Dudh Kosi river. We will register your permit number and group details at the National Park office in Monjo, the entrance gate for Sagarmatha National Park. After crossing the Hilary suspension bridge we will ascend the trail to Namche Bazaar. Namche Bazaar is the center of the Khumbu region where many small shops can be found. Overnight at Namchel.

Day 5 : Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar

Green Valley Nepal Treks suggests one day for acclimatization to adjust for high altitude. You will have a full day at your leisure to explore the shops in Namche Bazaar or hike to the Everest View Hotel for your first view of Mt. Everest and a panorama of major peaks in the region. If this is a Saturday, you can visit the colorful market of Namche where people shop, exchange and sell their goods. Also you can visit the Sherpa Museum, where you will learn about the Sherpa culture and the history of mountaineering on Mt. Everest. Back to the hotel for overnight.

Day 6 : Trek to Thame, 3 to 4 hours
At Namche Bazaar we separate from the traditional Everest Base Camp route and walk 3-4 hours to Thame village. Situated along the route which historically led to the Tibetan border, Thame is the oldest village of the Sherpa people. About 150m above the town is the Thame Gompa, a charming Buddhist monastery. Overnight at Thame.

Day 7 : Trek to Marlung, 4 to 5 hours
From Thame the trail heads north to Thame Teng and on through several small villages such as Chanakpa, Taranga, crossing through yak fields to reach Marulung village where we will spend the night at a mountain teahouse.

Day 8 : Trek to Lungdeng (4600m), 3 to 4 hours
Trek through the isolated hillsides to reach Lungdeng where we will overnight at a basic mountain teahouse.

Day 9 : Trek to Renjo- La (5465m) to Gokyo Lake (4800m) (First High Pass)
Crossing Renjo La is a difficult day due to the altitude. Normally the weather is clear from March to May and from September to November when the prospects for favorable conditions are excellent. Enjoy outstanding views from the top of Renjo La including breathtaking views of the world’s highest peaks, Mt. Everest 8848m, Makalu 8463m, Lhotse 8516m and Cho Oyo 8201m. Careful walking is required as the trail sharply descends to Gokyo. Overnight at Gokyo.

Day 10 : Hike to Gokyo RI , and trek to Thaknak , 7-8 hrs
Early morning hike up to Gokyo Ri for a spectacular view of the sunrise. Here you will be rewarded with outstanding views of Mt. Everest and surrounding Himalayan scenery. Back to Gokyo for breakfast. Then trek to Dragnag passing by the second lake and an unforgettable walk across the Ngozumba Glacier. Overnight in Dragnag.

Day 11 : Trek to Cho-la Pass to Dzongla , 5-6 hrs walk
Another long day of trekking to cross the Cho La passes. Many trekkers cross Cho La; the pass is not difficult, but it is steep and involves a glacier crossing on the eastern side. After completing the pass, we descend to Dzonglha with outstanding views of Cholatse Peak (6,335m). Overnight in Dzonglha

Day 12 : Trek to Gorakshep , 5-6 hrs walk
We continue our trek along the moraine of the Khumbu glacier with views of Kalapathar and Pumori. The rocky trail to Gorak Shep offers views of Pumori, Everest Base Camp, and glaciers with beautiful mountain views. We enjoy the night at Gorak Shep

Day 13 : Trek to Everest Base Camp and return to Lobuche for overnight. 6 to 7 hrs
After breakfast at Gorak Shep we will continue our trek towards the Everest Base Camp with views of the famous Khumbu Icefall. The hike is fairly strenuous due to the high altitude and thin air. The walk passes over rocky dunes and streams until you reach Base Camp where outstanding photo opportunities are plentiful. Return to Gorak Shep, then continue trekking to Lobuche. Overnight at Lobuche.

Day 14 : Lobuche - Kongma La - Chhukung 8-10 hrs
After breakfast in Lobuche, we begin the trek by crossing the Khumbu Glacier (2 hours) and then climb the canyon to ascend Kongma La (5,535m). The glacier crosses and ascent up Kongma La is a difficult trek, but well worth the views of the surrounding peaks once reaching the summit. Descend into the Imja Khola valley hiking from Chhukung to Dingboche with views of Ama Dablam (6,856 m). Overnight at Chhukung (4,730m). .

Day 15 : Chhukung to Island Peak Base camp: (5,200m)
From Chhukung, the path leads steep, climbing south and the turn east line of the valley. Then the trail twists below the southern flank of the moraine from the Lhotse glacier. We continue short yet pleasant walking along the river side and leads to a Big-rock. On the south of this rock, the Amphu Lapcha route lies. The criss cross route through Imja and Lhotse glacier leads to a wide valley. It flanks the south west side of the Island peak. We stay overnight at Island peak base camp. We set up a tent at base camp and you will be served meals there.

Day 16 : Base Camp to High Camp (5600m)
We head towards the Island peak high camp. Then we start climbing the mountain. The path then goes beyond the base camp before we strike off left up the steep hillside. At the beginning, the path is sandy but soon it turns into lush before becoming boulder strewn. The slope contracted as you climb up the hill. Then the path enters a steep rock channel. We stay overnight at in Island peak high camp. You will be provided meals in the tent

Day 17 : High camp to summit to Base camp to Chhukung: (6,160m)
We have to climb the rock culvert from early in the morning. Although it is not difficult, there are many short rock steps to be crossed before you come across the right side of the culvert. Then the trail leads to the ridgeline and it ultimately leads to traverse on to the snout of the summit glacier. You will need to rope up for the glacier as it contains several crevasses but it leads without difficulty, to a 100m(330ft) snow and ice slope (40-45°) on which the guides will fix a rope. From the top of this slope, 3 rope lengths along a sharp summit ridge lead to the top. After enjoying the summit views you will descend all the way to Chhukung. We stay overnight at guest house in Chhukung. You will be provided three meals a day there.

Day 18 : Trek to Tyangboche (3,867m), 4-5 hrs walk
Easy walk downhill to a lower elevation. After the bridge, our route follows the stream towards Pangboche village and further down the valley to Tengboche where the famous Tengboche Monastery is located. Overnight stay at a teahouse situated beneath the tall, magnificent peak, Ama Dablam.

Day 19 : Trek to Monjo ((2680M), 5-6 hrs walk
After breakfast, we trek downhill to Phunkethanga a small settlement with a couple of teahouses. From here the trail leads through the rhododendron forest, and after crossing the local wooden bridge over the Dudh Koshi river, we climb to Sanasa. From Sanasa we descend to Namche Bazaar, then trek further down the valley to Monjo for an overnight stay

Day 20 : Trek to Lukla (2,800m), 6-7 hrs walk
After breakfast in Monjo, we trek back to Lukla enjoying the pleasant green scenery and passing through picturesque Sherpa villages. Finally, the trail leads you back to Lukla. After arriving in Lukla you will have time to celebrate the completion of your trek.

Day 21 : Fly back to Kathmandu (1,300m)
After an early morning flight to Kathmandu, our guide will transfer you to your hotel. You will have time to relax after the long journey, catch your breath, and rest at your hotel before completing your Himalayan adventure with us.

After breakfast, rest and relax or take time to catch up on last minute gift shopping for your family and friends. We will transfer you to Kathmandu International Airport for your departure to your next destination.
